Through collaboration with our occupiers, we aim to deliver a building which targets Net Carbon Zero in the future and has an overall positive environmental and social impact.
100% renewable energy
We match all electricity used with electricity sourced purely from wind and solar farms.
Reducing embodied carbon
We undertook a refurbishment project rather than a redevelopment of the site. All furniture in common spaces is re-manufactured.
Recycling
We use state-of-the-art recycling services as well as 85–95% recovery of materials from incoming waste streams.
