Building a sustainable future

Paradise features a timber frame, removing and locking away over 1,800 tonnes of CO₂ from the atmosphere. It's also an all-electric building with high efficiency heat pumps, air quality sensors, openable windows, rooftop solar panels, regenerative lifts and its long-lasting terracotta facade is self-cleaning and completely demountable for reuse.

Paradise produces only 413kgCO₂e/m², surpassing the 2020 GLA target by 59%. Including the 2030 target by 31%, five years ahead of time.
